Every order is packed with care and sent from the United Kingdom. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.

UK delivery

Free standard delivery on orders over £35
Standard delivery: £4.49 on orders under £35
Express delivery: £6.99, available on selected items (you'll see it at checkout if your order qualifies)

European Union

Free standard delivery on orders over £75
Standard delivery: from £14.99 on orders under £75. Heavier parcels (over 500g) may cost more, and the exact price is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Some items can't currently be sent to Germany, Croatia, Cyprus or Malta. If an item can't be delivered to your address, checkout will let you know before you pay.

Customs and import charges: orders sent from the UK to the EU may be subject to import VAT or handling fees, charged by your local customs or courier on delivery. These charges aren't included in our prices or delivery costs.

Rest of the world

We deliver selected items to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan and a number of other countries from £23.99. Import duties and taxes may apply and are payable on delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days, and international orders within 5–10 working days. These are estimates and can be longer at busy times such as the run-up to Christmas.

Orders with several items

Some of our products are sent from different locations, so a larger order may arrive in more than one parcel. If this applies to your order, any delivery charge for each parcel is shown clearly at checkout.
