Chakra Singing Bowl - Navel

A singing bowl dedicated to the navel, or sacral, chakra, traditionally located in the lower abdomen and linked with creativity, pleasure and vitality. A warm, meaningful piece for a meditation space or a considered gift.

Singing bowls are a type of bell: as the rim and sides vibrate, they release a rich, lingering tone. They take a little practice to master, but with time they become a calming part of meditation or a quiet moment at home.

• Chakra: Navel
