Bergamot is one of the most effective anxiety-easing essential oils — the same botanical that makes Earl Grey tea calming. Geranium balances the nervous system and has a particular affinity for emotional stress and hormonal tension. Vetiver is the anchor of this blend — a deep, earthy, almost smoky oil that is used specifically in aromatherapy to stop an overactive mind and bring the whole system back to ground level.
